Alvaro Q Barriga, PhD

Dr. Barriga specializes in psychology, treating patients with trauma- and stressor-related disorders, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorders, and disruptive and conduct disorders. He has a special clinical interest in psychological reactions to stress and trauma. He is experienced in providing trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy.

While studying at the graduate school of Ohio State University, Dr. Barriga was awarded the University Minority Fellowship and the Graduate Student Alumni Research Award. He speaks English and Spanish.
